The Cell Year: 2000
Runtime: 90 minutes
Nudity: I wish "J.Lo" bared it all
Gore: A horse is chopped up pretty bad, and a few other scenes
A man murders women by drowning them then soaking their bodies in bleach, making them look like barbie dolls; and he has just kidnapped his next victim.
A facility has created a machine that can let someone into another persons mind. It allows them to get people out of comas. When the murderer's house is raided by the police, he has a seizure and goes into a coma. It is so severe that he will never come out of it. So the people at the facility must enter the killers mind to find out where he has hidden his last victim before she dies. This where the infamous "J.Lo" (what the fuck is up with that name, how dumb) comes in. She must enter the serial killers mind and find out where he has hidden the last victim. And, just like The Matrix, if she dies while plugged in to the machine, she dies in real life.
Overall, this was a good movie, but it seemed to be misisng something. Not enough of the actual serial killer, I think. Oh well, all in all a good movie.
